This exciting programme will engage students in practical work experience with MD Creatives whilst developing personal, transferrable and leadership skills, learning how to plan and deliver sessions, become knowledgeable in PR and marketing, create a CV, gain references, and practice interview techniques. Through creative tasks, students will become focused and employment ready with a better understanding of the path they would like to embark upon next. Our NEET programme suits both students who would like to work as a performer within the industry of their desire, as well as those who would like to work in the roles that it takes to create the jobs these performers work on. Throughout the programme students will work together to show how both paths of job roles from behind the scenes or under the spotlight are as important as each other, helping them to gain real life experience of what it would be like when working together once securing employment. We believe this will not only develop their practical and transferrable skills but also help them to respect one another in a professional environment.
